This summerhouse had been a little neglected and the veranda boards were rotten.
I removed all the bad boards and rebuilt the veranda with new treated timber.
After a clean, sand and spot repairs on the building itself and a coat of Weathershield paint overall it’s good and strong for a good few years

Good as new. A clean up and two coats of paint all over and the deck rebuilt with strong new timber
- On first glance the summerhouse looked ok but the decking at the front was rotten beyond repair and the whole structure needed a bit of TLC
- The deck boards had to be completely removed and rebuilt
- A strong new deck built from treated timber and tied into the side rails
- After a clean up, some more spot repairs and a first coat of paint the summerhouse is nearly restored
- All the external surfaces were cleaned and repainted. Including careful detailing around the door furniture and lights
