This house in Mobberley got a bright new make-over to the front porch, garage and gates

Smooth, bright, hard wearing finish
- The owners wanted to change the dark stained exterior after a repair to the porch joinery
- All the dark stain had to be sanded back, filled is some areas and prepped for painting
- Two external gates and the garage door also needed to be prepped and changed to white
- There was some rot on one of the porch beams that needed to be removed and repaired
- Epoxy wood filler was used to repair the beam after the rot was removed
- The porch stripped back and sanded ready for primer and top coat
- The underside of the porch after a coat of primer and two coats of exterior gloss
- Attention to detail. The black lamps were cleaned and repainted, making sure to get a clean, sharp edge against the white background
- One of the external gates after cleaning up and painting. The detailing on the black ironwork is essential to the smart finish
- The composite garage door and frame cleaned up and ready for painting
- The finished door. Now the whole frontage of the property is rejuvenated and weatherproofed for years to come
